INSTALLATION:

1. Substrates must be clean, dry and free of foreign materials such as grease, oil, debris and other materials which could inhibit adhesion.

2. Apply over dry, smooth and dust free approved substrates.

3. WeatherStar Clear Primer should be roller applied at a coverage rate of 600 sq ft per pail with a medium nap roller on concrete, masonry, and other porous and irregular substrates or on all surfaces when the temperature drops below 40ºF.

4. Unroll enough WeatherStar Peel & Bond Membrane to cover the approved substrate. Position the membrane over the substrate and position for proper alignment (2” overlap).

5. Remove the release liner from the back of the WeatherStar Peel & Bond Membrane.

6. Using a broom or weighted roller, apply  positive downward presser to the WeatherStar Peel & Bond membrane working from the center out to the edges of the membrane to remove any trapped air and increase contact points with the substrate.

7. Lap seams may either be heat welded (HW) with hot air  or completed using WeatherStar Clear Primer and WeatherStar 3” White Seam Tape.

8. End laps can be butted or overlapped 2” and stripped in either with 5” White TPO Cover Tape or 6” wide non-reinforced TPO flashing.
